With over 23 years of experience in helping buyers find their perfect home and sellers reach their goals, I really enjoy my job; I am passionate and very grateful for it. I sell mostly in Bergen County, and I have diverse experience in residential real estate sales, including luxury properties, New construction, investment properties, condominiums, and cooperatives. I am also a long-time resident of Paramus, New Jersey. I raised two kids in Paramus, and I have great knowledge of this wonderful town and the surrounding suburban area. In 2014, I met several builders in town and started to work selling their new builds. I found my passion in all aspects of new home construction transactions, designing, and staging.
I acquire most of my business from referrals, mostly from past clients, which serves to demonstrate that I get the job done efficiently and professionally to the great satisfaction of my clients. I love that my clients still know me by my old slogan, "Keren makes it happen." My philosophy of success is very simple: hard work! I believe in attention to detail and follow-through. My job is to keep the stress level to a minimum for all. My excellent communication and negotiation skills allow me to persevere in advancing the interests of my clients and obtaining results for satisfied buyers and sellers.
